Qualifications

  • 1+ years in a supervisory or managerial role within supply chain.
  • Background in logistics is required.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft platforms.

  • Manage order fulfillment, tracking, and cross-functional issue resolution to maintain on-time delivery.

Job description

Our client is seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to oversee and execute day-to-day supply chain operations. You will manage and support a small team to ensure smooth operations to meet business demands. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities
Demand & Supply Planning
  • Oversee the day-to-day Operations Planning process, aligning demand forecasts with production capacity and inventory targets.
  • Monitor and adjust plans to ensure operational efficiency and meet customer demands.
Order Fulfillment & Customer Service
  • Ensure On-Time performance by tracking orders, identifying service failures, and coordinating corrective actions with cross-functional teams. Address customer service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Inventory & Procurement
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand.
  • Oversee procurement of raw materials and packaging, ensuring timely availability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Work closely with suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any supply issues.
Logistics & Distribution
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including carrier relationships and compliance with cross-border trade regulations.
  • Ensure efficient transportation and distribution of goods.
Systems & Data Management
  • Maintain master data integrity in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).
  • Utilize supply chain planning tools to track performance and generate operational reports.
  • Support the development of dashboards for leadership visibility.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and develop a supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, sales, finance) to align supply chain activities with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Related experience will be considered.
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain operations. Preference for those with manufacturing experience.
  • 1+ years in a supervisory or managerial role within supply chain.
  • Must have a background in logistics with
  • Proficiency in an ERP systems and Microsoft platforms.
  • Experience with supply chain planning tools and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with 3PL management, co-manufacturing, and cross-border logistics.
