Qualifications

Job description

Supply Chain Manager - Antino Gold Project

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at the Antino Gold Project in Suriname. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all international and local supply chains for operations at our remote gold exploration site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory control
• Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of all company materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software
• Coordinate with and manage procurement team(s) for international and local supply chain management
• Oversee all logistics associated with the delivery and distribution of company supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Supervise and train warehouse staff
• Manage all international and local freight forwarding

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience managing industrial warehouse operations and/or international supply chain management
• Proven experience with inventory management software systems
• Strong knowledge of drilling equipment and heavy machinery
• Experience working in remote locations and extreme weather conditions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mining or exploration industry experience
• Portuguese, Dutch, and/or Spanish language skills
• Experience in tropical environments

Schedule:

• 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out)
• Full-time position
