Job description
About Jetson

Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100M homes across North America away from burning fossil fuels to sustainable energy use. Here at Jetson, we believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.

Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, which can be dramatically reduced by converting to heat pumps; adoption lags due to high cost and friction in the retrofit process today. Solving one layer of the value chain won’t move the needle on adoption. Mass adoption will come when it becomes a no-brainer for homeowners to transition. That is why Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company. Jetson will make it simple, transparent and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven Supply Chain Manager for our rapidly growing HVAC and electrical contracting company operating across the US and Canada. In this role, you will lead our Supply Chain team to develop and execute the company\'s supply planning function. You will oversee all aspects of supply planning – from ERP set-up, supply strategies, planning and execution of MRP – ensuring the company has a resilient and dependable supply.

What You Will Do
  • Lead our Supply Chain team
  • Define min / max, reorder point, or forecast-based strategies per item class
  • Balance lead times, consumption variability, and inventory targets
  • Collaborate with project and operations teams to develop part demand forecasts
  • Maintain alignment between field needs and available supply
  • Run MRP to generate purchase and transfer recommendations
  • Adjust planning parameters based on lead time changes or forecast shifts
  • Coordinate home delivery of products from 3PL
  • Monitor inventory turnover, excess, and under stock risks
  • Recommend changes to stocking levels based on performance and demand
  • In conjunction with Jetson\'s NetSuite Administrator, assess, implement and maintain appropriate ERP configurations and solutions for supply planning and execution
  • Within Jetson\'s ERP, NetSuite, maintain MRP settings and planning attributes on parts
  • Ensure MRP results support accurate purchasing and stocking decisions
What You Bring
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management. Preferably in HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing supply planning and execution across multiple locations and integrating with 3PL partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in NetSuite ERP system and data-driven performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams across North America.
