  • Analyze cash cycle elements (procurement terms, inventory, sales/distribution terms, collection rate), propose and follow up on strategies and tactical steps to improve the company's liquidity and achieve cash objectives.

Cost analysis

  • Manage and analyze key cost components: freight (inbound/outbound), 3PL services, inventory holding, order fulfillment, shrinkage, and obsolescence.

Inventory analysis

  • Develop and maintain financial models that evaluate inventory efficiency (e.g., days on hand, turnover ratios, safety stock levels) and support working capital optimization.
  • Monitor and report on inventory health, including aged inventory, excess stock, and product lifecycle impacts on valuation and write-offs.

Management reviews

  • Lead monthly supply chain financial reviews, variance analysis, and performance metrics reporting (e.g., cost per unit, delivery costs, scrap rates).

Continuous improvement support

  • Provide business case analysis and financial impact assessments for new stocking strategies, warehousing footprint changes, and automation initiatives.
  • Support ERP and inventory management system enhancements (e.g., WMS/IMS) to improve visibility and control of inventory across locations.

Financial controls

  • Identify and implement financial controls and process improvements across distribution and inventory management.

Qualifications:
