Supply Chain Data Coordinator 9 month Contract

Overview

Hammond Power Solutions Inc. is a global manufacturer headquartered in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. We are a leader in North America in the design and manufacture of dry type transformers, serving markets worldwide with electrical power solutions for applications like mining, wind, solar, and more. We are seeking a Supply Chain Data Coordinator - Contract to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HCNs and Product Master Creation between Engineering, Costing, and Procurement departments.
  • Ensure timely entry and accuracy of product costs.
  • Optimize front office flow by coordinating tasks across departments.
  • Escalate urgent requirements and provide cost estimates as needed.
  • Maintain data integrity, descriptions, and revision control across all locations.
  • Support plant material availability through VMI or Stocked Material reports.
  • Perform data mining to support supplier forecasts and material planning.
  • Ensure compliance by maintaining ISO/CWB and ESG certificates on file.
  • Research ESG data from the supply base as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • ERP system knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn new software tools and systems.
