Job summary

Penske Logistics in Windsor, Ontario, seeks a logistics coordinator to manage all departmental processes, provide visibility to management, and troubleshoot operational issues through tracking and auditing.

You will reconcile inventory and material flow, generate reports, analyze order data, and coordinate with vendors to ensure network efficiency. Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am–3:30pm.

This role supports a fast-paced distribution environment and requires strong problem-solving and communication.

Job description

Position Summary:

This position coordinates all processes and functions of a department. Provides visibility to management by tracking, process over-sight, auditing, researching and trouble-shooting operational issues or functions. Reconcile inventory and material flow through a warehouse or manufacturing site. Generates reports and analyzes order and inventory data. Investigates and resolves discrepancies, uploading correct information to all systems and user communities. Refers to financial and operational standards to make decisions impacting delivery dates and overall customer requirements. Interacts with vendors and suppliers on behalf of the customer to ensure network efficiency. Shift: This position supports a Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm shift.
