Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our Saint-Hubert team. You will develop Power BI dashboards, analyze large data sets, and present insights to leadership to drive cost savings and performance improvements.

The role includes acting as a subject matter expert for D365 SCM, translating business requirements into system solutions, and supporting ERP enhancements, testing, and training. A strong background in manufacturing or distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 4+ years in a supply chain/analyst role.
• Advanced Power BI with DAX, data modeling and dashboard development.
• Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Nice to have: SQL, Dataverse, Azure data platforms; APICS CPIM/CSCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPIs for Procurement

D365 Business Support

• Serve as a subject matter expert for D365 Supply Chain Management.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support ERP enhancements, testing, implementation, and user training.
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT and external partners to resolve them.
• Ensure master data integrity and support governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a Supply Chain Analyst, Business Analyst, or Operations Analyst role.
• Advanced Power BI experience including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
• Strong Power Automate experience designing workflow automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SQL, Dataverse, or Azure data platforms.
• Experience implementing ERP enhancements or digital transformation projects.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) considered an asset.
