THE TEAM

The mission of the Global Logistics Department is to deliver Everyday Luxury through the global transportation of goods.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Global Logistics team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for ensuring the timely arrival of freight into our Distribution Network. As the Inbound Associate, Global Logistics you will support with administration related to managing the efficient flow of goods and information from origin to destination. THE ROLE

As the Inbound Associate, Global Logistics, you will:

  • Execute best-in-class sea freight operations, including volume planning, carrier coordination, and timely booking management

  • Deliver a seamless logistics experience by managing in-transit tracking, proactively handling exceptions, and communicating updates to stakeholders

  • Manage departmental administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Inbound Associate, Global Logistics, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:

    • Sea freight operations, specifically importing into North America

    • Coordination with international service providers and freight forwarders

    • Practical knowledge and application of INCOTERMS

    • Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel capabilities

    • Attention to detail

    • Time management skills

    • Analytical or problem-solving skills

    • Accurate data entry skills

    • Experience with SAP and SharePoint is an asset

  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $40 CAD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
