Supply Chain Associate

Location: 101 W Linden St, Abbotsford, WI 54405

Store Type: WIABB Public Store

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Hours: 10 - 28 hours/week

Overview:

Embark on a dynamic journey as a Part-time Supply Chain Associate, where every day offers a new opportunity to immerse yourself in supply chain excellence. In addition to managing inventory, you'll support business-to-business operations by handling procurement, sourcing, and quoting functions to meet customer needs and drive business success. This position is based at our branch located at 101 W Linden St, Abbotsford, WI 54405. After onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals, a flexible schedule may be offered.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage branch inventory levels
  • Administer procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management
  • Estimate/quote prices and source products
  • Coordinate resources to respond to customer supply chain needs
  • Support accounts receivable activities
  • Make deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
  • Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older due to work nature
  • Possess a valid driver's license issued in the country of employment, with the ability to meet driving record requirements for using a company vehicle
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field, or have relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
  • Strong math skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
  • Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills
  • Alignment with core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
  • Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 75 lbs
  • Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam)
