Job description

Overview

This role is responsible for executing the Quaker Canada Supply Chain fines dispute process, including validating return orders, gathering relevant backup, and disputing fines. As new customer management platforms become available, this role will be expected to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the new process.

Responsibilities
  • Create and process return orders promptly
  • Collaborate with carriers and other 3PL service providers to collect backup documentation for deductions
  • Log and track disputes with customers regarding erroneous fines
  • Support our S&D team with insights into warehouse and transportation fines performance
  • Utilize our Data Analytics infrastructure to automate period-end and ad-hoc fines reporting
Qualifications
  • University Degree in a technical domain
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Basic RPA knowledge
  • Ability to learn systems quickly
  • Strong collaboration skills
