The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior / Manager, Supply Chain – Business Transformation. You will work with some of the highest-performing teams in the industry, deliver exceptional client service, and develop your skill set while collaborating with outstanding professionals. If you're looking for a dynamic environment that supports manufacturing strategy, cost optimization, contract manufacturing, operational performance, and broader business transformation, this could be the role for you.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior / Manager at EY, you will contribute to the Supply Chain & Operations team by leading engagements, supporting practice development, and mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities include:

Engagement Management:

  • Develop procurement solutions and guide client strategy with expert-level knowledge of e-procurement and broader digital procurement technologies.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of business transformation projects for clients.
  • Provide functional expertise across all phases of technology implementation, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and change management.
  • Support project leadership in business development and market growth initiatives.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, resource planning, and day-to-day client interactions.

People Development:

  • Foster the development of digital procurement capabilities within EY’s Supply Chain practice.
  • Create a positive team environment and provide coaching and support to junior staff.
  • Assist senior leadership with practice development activities such as recruiting and training.

Business Development:

  • Help expand the Business Transformation practice across EY Canada.
  • Collaborate across EY service lines to identify and support business development opportunities.
  • Develop new solutions and innovative ways of working to advance EY’s innovation agenda.

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • An undergraduate degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience with blue-chip organizations.
  • Functional/technical proficiency in full lifecycle delivery of business transformation projects.
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management, or Procure-to-Pay processes.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • A high level of motivation, strong work ethic, and a self-starting attitude.
  • Working knowledge of digital procurement platforms – such as SAP Ariba and/or SAP Fieldglass, or any other procurement and spend management solutions (Ivalua, Coupa, Jaggaer, etc.)
