We’re looking for someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about:

  • Managing relationships with overseas contract electronics manufacturers
  • Forecasting and optimizing inbound material flows
  • Driving year-on-year supplier productivity improvements
  • Supporting new product introductions and prototypes
  • Assessing and reporting on overall supplier performance
  • Balancing inventory risk with cash flow considerations

And your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing relationships with key suppliers
  • Ensuring a smooth, optimized flow of materials to meet demand (forecasted and actual)
  • Negotiating costs and terms with suppliers
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to qualify suppliers
  • Driving cost improvements through negotiations and supplier changes
  • Developing quarterly supplier performance scorecards
  • Reviewing purchase price variance (PPV) requests
  • Supporting NPI and prototypes as needed

Experience requirements:

At least 3 years managing offshore Tier 1 contract electronics manufacturers

Language requirement:

  • French: professional proficiency (preferred)

The hiring process involves three interviews:

  1. First interview with HR – 20 minutes via Google Meet, general discussion and interest confirmation
  2. Second interview with the department head – 30 minutes via Google Meet, technical discussion
  3. Third interview with colleagues and supervisor – 1 hour onsite, in-depth technical discussion and office tour
