The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Medicom Manufacturing London. In this role, you will be responsible for integrated planning, forecasting, inventory, and capacity planning for specific made-to-stock product categories. You will analyze historical demand, collaborate with marketing and sales, and ensure sufficient production capacity to meet demand while aligning with Medicom’s planning tools and S&OP principles.

This position requires a strong analytical mindset, practical supply chain knowledge, and the ability to take initiative and lead cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do

  • Build demand forecasts and capacity plans using IBP-FG and planning tools.
  • Align demand and supply to minimize backorders while optimizing inventory levels.
  • Analyze trends and historical data to guide accurate forecasting and procurement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to adjust and validate forecasts.
  • Monitor progress indicators using SCADA, ERP, and MES systems.
  • Track and report forecast accuracy, including bias and error rates.
  • Manage slow-moving inventory, overstocks, and backorders.
  • Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for order and delivery execution.
  • Maintain visibility of supplier constraints including lead times, MOQs, and safety stock.
  • Enforce quality procedures and ensure compliance with data confidentiality requirements.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain planning.
  • At least 1 year in a Demand Planning or Supply Chain Analyst role.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
  • Knowledge of S&OP processes and supply chain fundamentals.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders.
  • Understanding of medical device or CPG industry dynamics (an asset).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven attitude.

Assets

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or start-up manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with Power BI reporting tools.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and telemedicine services.
  • Company-matched retirement plan.
  • Opportunities for training, coaching, and professional development.
  • A dynamic and friendly work environment, with an active social committee organizing events such as sports activities, BBQs, and family gatherings.
