As a Supply Chain Agent in the Procurement & Supply Chain Aviation division, within the Contract Management - BIS Transition department, you will report to the Supply Chain Director. This role focuses on optimizing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and supporting business operations effectively.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop strategies to realize savings.
• Support Sites and/or Business Units with appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Ensure contracts are maintained in accordance with our business requirements.
• Negotiate price reductions with suppliers and maintain strong relationships.
• Develop new sources of supply and establish strategic alliances.
• Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have negotiation experience.
• You possess a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent, and at least three years of pertinent IT experience.
• You are an expert in executing IT outsourcing contracts.
• You have a general understanding of IT environments, projects, and operations.
• You possess excellent analytical skills.
• You have strong skills in communication and in developing good client relations.
• You demonstrate leadership and flexibility with a strong team spirit.
• You have excellent research skills and analytical skills related to financial, business, and technological data.
• You are capable of solving complex strategic problems related to financial, business, and technological situations.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have experience using SAP.
• You are result-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Your role will be a mix of remote and on-site.
• You are fully bilingual (English-French), both spoken and written.
