Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Supply Chain Agent, New Product Development in Canada to lead procurement for product development programs and coordinate with integrated product development teams. The role emphasizes supplier negotiations, project tracking, and cross-functional collaboration across aerospace initiatives.

The candidate should have 4–7 years in aerospace procurement, a business degree, and strong analytical and bilingual communication skills in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of aerospace procurement experience.
• Experience in contract negotiations with suppliers.
• Experience on development programs (an asset).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Technical knowledge (an asset).

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all procurement related activities for specific commodities of the various product development phases.
• Represent Procurement with the various integrated product development team.
• Track changes through the management process up to the point of implementation.
• Be responsible for contractual negotiations, resulting from product ranges, with external suppliers.
• Ensure that correct project tracking and visibility are provided by suppliers for Procurement and other business unit functions.
• Support, where applicable, the Procurement commodity team in establishing sourcing strategies for the development programs and draft commercial agreements with the suppliers.
• Provide coaching/mentoring to the agents of the team.
