What We're Looking For

The Supplier Risk and Resiliency Analyst II supports global manufacturing operations by connecting end-to-end supply chain data - from tier-n suppliers and part-level sourcing to Bills of Materials (BOM) and finished goods assembly. Under the general guidance of supervisors and senior team members, this role is responsible for mapping standard supply chain datasets, identifying vulnerabilities, modeling the operational impacts of component shortages, and maintaining dynamic visual dashboards to support proactive risk mitigation across Zebra’s integrated supply chain. This role is a minimum of 3-days per week on-site in Zebra's Mississauga, Ontario, Canada office, 2 days remote.

Job Responsibilities
Data Integration & Multi-Tier Mapping
  • Connects and maps standard datasets across enterprise platforms - including supplier master data, multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs), component sourcing allocations, and finished assembly schedules - to predefined specifications
  • Under the guidance of senior data analysts, supports the maintenance of cohesive data models that establish direct traceability from component-level disruptions to impacted finished goods and revenue streams
Risk & Impact Modeling
  • Evaluates "what-if" disruption scenarios using established data templates to estimate production exposure, revenue impact, and components at risk
  • Uses data methodologies to identify and prioritize mitigation options for supply chain disruptions. Compiles clear tables of affected parts for supply chain stakeholders to focus on during active disruptions
  • Proposes risk mitigation recommendations to supervisors and senior analysts for review before sharing with broader business leaders
Process Support & Automated Workflows
  • Analyzes existing manual data collection workflows; assists in streamlining and automating recurring reports using SQL, Excel, or ETL tools (like Alteryx)
  • Partners with IT and supply chain data teams to support data cleaning, reduce extraction latency, and improve system connectivity
Data Visualization & Standardized Reporting
  • Develops, deploys, and maintains moderately complex Power BI dashboards and scorecards to specifications, utilizing established team templates and layouts
  • Translates complex data findings into clear visual themes, heatmaps, and structured presentations for review with business stakeholders
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborates with Commodity Managers, Sourcing Leaders, and Manufacturing Planners to provide the analytical backing needed for dual-sourcing strategies and business continuity playbooks
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, operations planning, BOM analysis, or general business analysis
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Process Automation: Familiarity with Python, R, or ETL tools (like Alteryx) to automate scheduled data pulls
  • ERP & PLM Systems: Familiarity with ERP environments (such as SAP or Oracle) and PLM environments (such as Agile/Windchill), with exposure to manufacturing BOM structures
  • Business Intelligence & Visualization: Demonstrated proficiency in building and maintaining interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI (or Tableau) using established database connections
  • Database & Querying: Solid working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, joining relational tables, and data validation
