Marshall Canada is currently seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to join our team in Moncton, NB.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Purchasing & Supply Chain, the Supplier Quality Manager will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of supplier operations, including processes, procedures, performance, capacity, and capabilities, to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
They establish and maintain a supplier monitoring program driven by a risk-based approach to evaluate business impact. The Supplier Quality Manager identifies areas for improvement and develops targeted supplier improvement plans, providing regular updates to both suppliers and internal management. They ensure follow-through on corrective actions and monitor the quality of outputs from key strategic suppliers to verify compliance with required quality standards.
