We are looking for a Supplier Quality – a skilled individual responsible to help ensure that the quality of materials and services from external suppliers meet company standards by implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with suppliers to address quality issues. This role will also participate in the preparation and hosting of both regulatory and customer audits.
What You Will Do
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure suppliers meet requirements.
Aid in the classification and approval process for new and existing suppliers as per the QMS.
Evaluate potential and existing suppliers to assess their quality capabilities and performance.
Conduct supplier audits to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Identify, analyze, and resolve supplier quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and improve quality.
Maintain accurate records of supplier quality performance, audits, and corrective actions.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality and performance.
Analyze supplier quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
What We Need
Typically, a bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field, and experience in a supplier quality role with minimum 5 years experience.
Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485 / 9001, MDSAP, MDR), statistical process control, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to effectively work with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Industry certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer).
