Job summary

Venture Carpets in Quebec is seeking a production supervisor to oversee labourers in textile processing and to coordinate daily activities. The role includes preparing production reports, promoting efficiency and quality, and guiding staffing decisions.

The position also involves training staff on duties, safety procedures, and company policies, with responsibilities for supervising 3-4 workers and coordinating their workflow.
