Triple O’s is seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader to support the Management Team with hands-on day-to-day supervision, guest relations, and team development.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Passion for service and quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of restaurant operations and financial statements.
• Knowledge of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of previous supervisory or team leading experience
• Passion for service and commitment to quality
• Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements
• A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements
• Experience with training and developing a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy and enthusiasm
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
