Job summary

Triple O's in Mission, BC is seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader to support the Management Team with hands-on shift supervision, guest relations, and training. You will lead a team to maintain service quality and uphold brand standards.

You will reinforce the highest standards of service, cleanliness and food safety, and may be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant as needed. This role offers growth through leadership workshops and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team on shift.
• Strong guest service orientation with problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements preferred.
• Willingness to train and develop team members.

Requirements

2 Year previous supervisory or team leading experience * Passion for service and commitment to quality * Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements * A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements * Experience with training and developing a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * High energy and enthusiasm * Commitment to continuous learning and improvement * Must have open availability * Must be able to use your own car
