Job summary

Triple O’s is a BC-based premium quick service brand known for burgers, Kennebec fries, Secret Sauce and hand-scooped milkshakes. We are seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader to support the Management Team and help run shifts with a hands-on approach.

In this role you will supervise daily operations, mentor staff, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Passion for service and commitment to quality.
• Understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements.
• Knowledge of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements.
• Experience with training and developing a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of previous supervisory or team leading experience
• Passion for service and commitment to quality
• Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements
• A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements
• Experience with training and developing a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
