The supervisor of School Business liaises with school administration, staff, students, parents and community to facilitate all day-to-day operations, including management of the school budget and finances, management of teacher on-calls and supervisions, and supervision and management of the office and office staff.
Responsible for hiring, training, evaluation, supervision, growth and appraisal of office staff.
Assign work, sets schedules, resolves problems, identifies appropriate individual goals aligned with individual capabilities, work requirements, and HDSB’s vision and strategic plans.
