Position Title: Supervisor, Savings and Retirement Operations
Reports To: Manager, Savings and Retirement Operations
Department: S&R Operations
Term: Permanent Full-Time
This is a hybrid role. You will work in our Waterloo, ON office a minimum of two consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth day per month. You may work more than the minimum, and some roles might require additional in-office days.
We are seeking a passionate leader who prioritizes mentoring and developing effective teams. You will provide cross-training, ensure high service standards, and meet production targets. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will offer recommendations, implement solutions, and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
