Title: Cannabis Retail Supervisor

Job Details

Interested in working at a legal retail cannabis dispensary? We are seeking a dedicated retail sales supervisor to join our team and promote our vision.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers
• Responding to customer inquiries with product knowledge
• Engaging in high levels of customer interaction and suggestive selling
• Collaborating with management and sales team to maximize store sales
• Handling customer feedback, complaints, or concerns professionally
• Maintaining product knowledge
• Selling and upselling products to meet targets
• Processing payments (cash, credit/debit card)
• Receiving and managing inventory
• Performing opening and closing procedures and completing daily reports
• Adhering to safety and security protocols
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked

Qualifications:

• Interest and passion for the cannabis industry
• At least 19 years of age
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience as a keyholder; legal cannabis sales experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or with others
• Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and accessories
• Strong attention to detail
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated
• Experience with POS systems
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
