Supervisor - Retail

We are hiring a professional with previous experience to join a locally owned and operated store, helping to deliver convenience services in your community.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service and engaging positively with all customers
• Greeting customers with a warm demeanor
• Controlling cash, lottery, and other inventory according to policies and procedures
• Maintaining security of cash and merchandise
• Complying with store policies and procedures
• Performing other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Strong computer and register skills
• Well-organized with good record-keeping abilities
• Proactive customer service and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Commitment to customer service

Working conditions:

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Job details:

• Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
• Location: Brockville, ON (On-site)
• Schedule: 10-hour, 8-hour, and 4-hour shifts, morning shifts, weekends as needed
