Job summary

Framatome Canada is seeking a senior professional to lead quality assurance and related engineering activities in the Canadian market. The role focuses on developing and maintaining robust quality management systems aligned with customer and regulatory requirements, while guiding a team and collaborating across functions.

You will optimize processes, define skill development plans, and drive performance improvements to support safe, reliable energy solutions in North America.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (4 years) in related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience in either nuclear quality assurance or a related industry.
  • Advanced knowledge related engineering and quality assurance standards, techniques and criteria.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
  • Good analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.

Total Rewards Package
  • Salary: $111,000-151,000 (CAD)and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
  • Health & Wellness: Multiple supplemental medical, dental & vision plans, life insurance, long- and short-term disability, and voluntary plans (critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, dependent life).
  • Retirement: RRSP with employer match.
  • Paid Time Off: Up to 3 weeks of vacation, 7 sick days, and 13 paid holidays annually.
