Job summary

Framatome Canada in Ontario is seeking an experienced quality assurance professional to help deliver safe, reliable nuclear products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

You will develop and maintain quality management systems, lead process improvements, and guide a collaborative team to achieve high performance and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (4 years) in related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in either nuclear quality assurance or a related industry.
• Advanced knowledge related engineering and quality assurance standards, techniques and criteria.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
• Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
• Good analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.

Total Rewards Package

• Salary: $111,000-151,000 (CAD) and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
