A community support organization is looking for a Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and program management. Key responsibilities include supporting staff, ensuring programs meet legislative standards, and managing budget allocations. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Social Work and significant experience in Child Welfare. The role requires a valid driver's license and flexibility in working hours.
Full-Time, Six (6) Month Term Position (Quote File #19/25)

Salary: $77,899 – $109,674
The Supervisor is responsible for clinical supervision and support to assigned staff, as well as the management of the assigned Program(s). Program Management includes program development and review, monitoring of budget allocations, and public consultation. The Supervisor ensures that all assigned programs are delivered in accordance with legislative requirements, Ministry standards, and Agency policies and procedures.
