MHIRJ in Canada seeks a Pricing Management Supervisor to lead the pricing team for spare parts, govern the pricing framework, and translate strategies into actionable guidance that expands margins and customer value. You will own the Syncron Price platform, oversee AI-enabled pricing, mentor analysts, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to maximize margin and customer value.

We provide comprehensive operational, engineering and customer support solutions, including maintenance, refurbishment, technical publications, marketing and sales activities for the global regional aircraft industry. We are looking for a Pricing Management Supervisor to join our ranks!

Job Summary

The Pricing Management Supervisor leads the pricing team for spare parts activities and acts as organizational owner of governance at the pricing level, commercial strategy and the management of the Syncron Price platform. This role defines and enforces the operational model by which rule-based or AI-generated pricing recommendations are governed, validated and translated into informed decisions that support margin expansion, win rate improvement and long-term customer value.

Your contribution as Pricing Management Supervisor:

Pricing and Operations

• Assume responsibility for the pricing governance framework for all clusters—ensuring consistent standards for review, escalation, and execution of Syncron Price results.
• Define and publish a pricing policy framework, establish price floors, discount authority levels, and exception approval thresholds by channel and customer tier.
• Define and maintain pricing decision rights, approval pathways, and analyst responsibilities at all levels.
• Supervise the end-to-end process for rule-based and AI-backed pricing recommendations.

Syncron Price Platform

• Act as executive owner of the Syncron Price platform; establish standards, approve rule and logic modifications, and manage the multi-year configuration roadmap.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Science, and external partners to ensure platform stability, enhancement, and adoption.
• Promote continuous improvement of pricing automation, workflows, and decision intelligence.

Use of AI

• Establish and govern the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) operational model for AI-generated pricing recommendations.
• Define analyst intervention criteria for AI models, ensure transparency of AI recommendations, and lead model performance monitoring and accountability.
• Collaborate with Data Science as business owner of AI models—define input data, validate functional requirements, and approve model deployment.
• Own the AI feature roadmap in pricing, defining use case prioritization, acceptance criteria, and the transition from rule-based pricing to AI-augmented pricing by cluster.
• Define model refresh cadence and drift monitoring standards to ensure AI-generated pricing recommendations remain aligned with business realities.

Pricing Strategy

• Lead the commercial pricing strategy for life cycle management, channel governance, SPA frameworks, and competitive positioning.
• Drive pricing segmentation strategy—defining how prices vary by customer tier, channel, region, and contract type to maximize realized margin.
• Lead Voice of Customer pricing research and competitive benchmarking to identify value creation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on program pricing, PBH/TBH structures, and annual global price list execution.
• Provide commercial intelligence and pricing analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Leadership & Skills Development

• Mentor, coach, and develop pricing analysts at all levels—building AI literacy, commercial acumen, and Syncron/SAP systems expertise.
• Create a culture of analytical rigor, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

• 8 years of experience in pricing, price management, or pricing strategy
• Experience in business analytics or related roles will be an asset
• Deep expertise in Syncron Price and SAP S/4 pricing architecture
• Experience with dynamic or AI-augmented pricing models in a B2B context
• Solid understanding of AI-augmented decision making and hybrid systems governance (AI + rules)
• Demonstrated leadership capability with strong cross-functional influence among senior leadership (Sales, Finance, IT, Supply Chain)
• CPP (Certified Pricing Professional)
• Fluency in English and French
