Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty, and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the center of everything you do.

Summary:

Managing customer service functions, including cash handling, cashier supervision, and merchandising.

Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
  • Ensure cashier and merchandising staff comply with all store policies and procedures.
  • Train cashiers and merchandisers in their job functions.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and instruction.
Loss Prevention:
  • Implement loss prevention standards, manage daily cash inventory, cashier tracking, tracking sheets, and PC Optimum procedures.
Customer Service:
  • Ensure store employees present a proper image according to the Uniform Policy.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about product locations, rainchecks, etc.
  • Resolve customer issues following established guidelines (refunds, exchanges, etc.).
  • Promote the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) survey.
Merchandising:
  • Maintain clean and organized shelves with proper product rotation.
  • Set up and take down product displays as directed by the Assistant or Floor Store Manager.
General:
  • Maintain store cleanliness and image standards.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Perform clerical and banking duties as needed.
  • Adhere to all store policies and loss prevention procedures.
  • Perform cashier duties when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to think independently and organize the store effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience:
  • Computer literacy.
  • Organized with efficient time management skills.
  • Knowledge of products and supplies.
