What You’ll Do
  • Become a product and brand expert to assist families from preemie to size 14.
  • Greet customers warmly and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
  • Maintain a customer-focused environment on the sales floor.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
  • Model and coach service standards and omni-channel experience.
  • Lead business focus areas through planning and follow-through.
  • Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities by driving results and resolving customer concerns.
  • Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement actions.
  • Build customer loyalty through company programs.
  • Provide feedback to the store team and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager.
  • Recognize and reinforce exceptional performance.
  • Support store asset protection through customer service, safety, and operational controls.

  • Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders.
  • Provide availability that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
