Job Title: Part Time Supervisor

As a Part Time Supervisor, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce our new baby essentials, and help prepare for the first day of school and other parenting moments. What you’ll do:

  • Become a product and brand expert to help families from preemie to size 14.
  • Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
  • Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
  • Model service standards and omni-channel experience, coaching others to success.
  • Lead and execute assigned business focus areas with planning and follow-through.
  • Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, driving results and resolving customer concerns.
  • Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement actions.
  • Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs.
  • Provide feedback and recognize performance in the store team.
  • Support store with Asset Protection, safety, and operational controls.

  • High school diploma required.
