Join to apply for the Supervisor (Part Time) - CR1127 role at Carters Inc.

As a Part Time Supervisor, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce our new baby essentials, and help prepare for the first day of school and other parenting milestones. We seek a leader who fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment, values team talents, and continually educates themselves and others about product styles, features, and benefits.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Becoming a product and brand expert to assist families from preemie to size 14.
  2. Welcoming customers and providing assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
  3. Maintaining a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
  4. Fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
  5. Modeling service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others.
  6. Leading assigned business focus areas through planning and follow-through.
  7. Performing Leader on Duty responsibilities by driving results and resolving customer concerns.
  8. Using customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  9. Building customer loyalty through company programs.
  10. Providing feedback and raising performance concerns to the Store Manager.
  11. Recognizing exceptional performance and supporting asset protection.

Qualifications:

  • A positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation).
  • High school diploma.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Stand or walk for extended periods; climb ladders as needed.
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
