Job summary

Carter's in Canada is seeking a Part Time Supervisor to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, share product features, and help prep for school moments.

You’ll foster an inclusive environment, coach others, and drive results while responding to customer concerns promptly. Responsibilities include leading a business focus area, using feedback to improve operations, recognizing strong performance, and upholding safety and loss-prevention standards.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma is required and basic computer skills are expected.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive mindset.
  • Experience in customer service and a variety of skills and experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
  • Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
  • Lead and support a designated business focus area with follow-through.
  • Provide feedback to management and coach store teammates.
  • Support asset protection through customer service and safety practices.
