Job summary

Carter's in Canada is seeking a Part Time Supervisor to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, help with baby essentials, and introduce our latest styles while modeling warm, inclusive service on the sales floor.

You will lead and coach team members, execute a business focus area, handle Leader on Duty duties, respond to customer concerns, and support asset protection. Availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and professional communication.
• Willingness to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
