  • Healthcare experience is an asset.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide training and onboarding education for new coordination staff

  • Monitor key metrics such as missed care, canceled visits, and referral acceptance, and hold the team accountable
  • Review tracking tools and follow up to ensure compliance
What You Bring
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Healthcare experience is an asset
