Overview

As a Strategy Supervisor at Starcom, you will oversee the development of media plans aligned with client objectives, ensuring human insights drive business outcomes. You will manage junior team members, providing guidance and ensuring deliverables are clear and accurate. Collaborating with your Director, you will develop and promote Starcom and Publicis Media solutions to your clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ongoing direct client contact for your assigned brands
  • Analyze data and human insights to determine media needs
  • Create and present media plans to clients
  • Evaluate media options and advise on budget allocation
  • Communicate client brand and campaign objectives to the team
  • Mentor Media Strategy Planners and Assistants
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of team deliverables
  • Coordinate with partner agencies and global teams
  • Manage financial processes, including billing and discrepancies
  • Work with the Director to identify growth areas for clients and sell solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or communications preferred
  • Over three years of experience in media planning, buying, and management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with media research tools and MS Office
