Part-Time Manager/3rd Key Holder Opportunity
About the Role

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
  2. Opening and closing the store in the absence of other management, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
  3. Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
  4. Ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
  5. Demonstrating Claire's products.
  6. Assisting customers with queries using your product knowledge.
  7. Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
  8. Ear piercing (full training provided).
  9. Maintaining a presentable and inviting store appearance.

Qualifications - External
About You
  • Some high school education required.
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Understanding of customer service importance.

  • Ability to stand during shifts.
  • Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to perform bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders and step stools.
  • Ability to operate POS system.
