What You Will Do:
- Recommends, implements and leads learning solutions and technologies inclusive of technical learning and leadership programs.
- Monitors, maintains, measures, and evaluates learning programs.
- Manages the Company's Learning Technologies.
- Supervises direct reports.
What You Will Bring:
Required qualifications:
- University Degree in Education or Human Resources.
- AND Certificate in Adult Education, specializing in instructional design, eLearning design/development, workplace learning or equivalent.
- Five (5) years relevant experience in the development and facilitation of adult learning solutions and materials, including three (3) years of experience in leading technical and leadership development learning programs.
- Valid Alberta Driver’s License.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Advanced proficiency in eLearning design tools and learning management technology.
- Advanced PowerPoint or equivalent computer presentation skills.
