What You Will Do:

• Recommends, implements and leads learning solutions and technologies inclusive of technical learning and leadership programs.
• Monitors, maintains, measures, and evaluates learning programs.
• Manages the Company's Learning Technologies.
• Supervises direct reports.

What You Will Bring:

Required qualifications:

• University Degree in Education or Human Resources.
• AND Certificate in Adult Education, specializing in instructional design, eLearning design/development, workplace learning or equivalent.
• Five (5) years relevant experience in the development and facilitation of adult learning solutions and materials, including three (3) years of experience in leading technical and leadership development learning programs.
• Valid Alberta Driver’s License.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Advanced proficiency in eLearning design tools and learning management technology.
• Advanced PowerPoint or equivalent computer presentation skills.
