Note: Internally this role is referred to as Supervisor TIS Service Owner

What You Will Do:
  • Play a key role in maintaining and enhancing all aspects of LP OT Information.
  • Work closely with SCADA Services team and other Business Units such as CCO, Engineering, Integrity, and Operations in the planning, organizing and delivering of LP OT information services.
  • Respond to Operational Technology historian requests and enhance this system.
  • Provide technical guidance to continuously improve support processes.
  • Follow SCADA best practices, standards, and operating procedures, and ensure compliance by subordinates.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure team objectives are met.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation as per Enbridge standards.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the team and its success.
  • Participate in the Enbridge Health and Safety program.
  • Approve contractor invoicing and expense reports.


Who You Are:

Required:
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of directly related work experience.
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in the area of process data management, especially AVEVA PI.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead, develop and monitor activities of less experienced staff.
  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communications, and problems solving skills.
