PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Supervisor Operations will plan, coordinate, direct, and control all outside operations within the Intermodal terminal, ensuring containers are received, loaded, and/or unloaded according to policies, guidelines, and established plans while meeting on-time performance and minimizing costs.

Management Conductor Program:
Qualifying as a conductor or locomotive engineer is a key development pathway at CPKC. Certification or maintenance of current certification may be required.
