Canadian Red Cross in Kelowna is seeking a Supervisor for the Health Equipment Loan Program to lead client services and support volunteers and staff across Northern BC & Yukon.

The incumbent will work will collaborate with the Manager, HELP to support volunteers and staff to provide high-quality service to HELP clients. The Coordinator ensures effective volunteer management practices are implemented throughout the assigned geographic area of Northern BC & Yukon and assists in the promotion of service to the public.
As we work with and support people (managers, colleagues, beneficiaries/customers, volunteers, donors and external partners) and communities in Canada and around the world, applicants whose first language is not English may be required to perform the responsibilities of the role in English.
