WAGE: $22.70/hr

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Onboard and manage the performance of direct reports
• Provide clear and concise direction and leadership during projects
• Assist the assistant manager with property audits and planning future work projects
• Assign tasks, support, and work alongside staff to complete property maintenance operations
• Conduct training on safe operation and preventive maintenance of equipment; assist in scheduling and documentation

The Supervisor, in conjunction with the assistant manager, is responsible for property maintenance, landscape projects, snow removal, roads & parking maintenance, and waste management. The Supervisor supervises tasks and projects to meet time and budget specifications.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

• Valid Class G driver’s license and a satisfactory driver’s abstract
• Horticultural knowledge and experience
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of landscape and/or property maintenance experience, including snow removal
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends through courses
• Courses in landscaping or horticulture are assets
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet
• Experience with operation of light and medium equipment
