About The Team & Business Line :

Our Fund Administration division is highly respected, with a focus on alternative assets and accounting services. We invest in learning and technology to deliver seamless client experiences. As a key member of our Private Assets team, you will work with accomplished professionals on complex fund structures.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily Capital Event processes to ensure smooth operations and meet client SLAs.
• Review partnership agreements, PPMs, and related materials.
• Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process integration.
• Lead, support, and mentor team members.
• Assign tasks, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain quality control and accurate records.
• Generate reports and train new team members.
• Promote continuous learning and process improvements.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (CPA a plus).
• 4+ years fund accounting experience, preferably in private equity / assets.
• Experience reviewing ledgers and financial statements.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with FIS Investran is highly desirable.
