Job summary

Carter’s Inc. in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a full-time Supervisor who will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, introduce baby essentials, and lead a team to deliver friendly, informed service.

You’ll drive brand standards on the sales floor, coach others, handle Leader on Duty duties, and ensure safe, inclusive store operations while supporting store goals and customer satisfaction.
