Your Contribution

As a Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Field Services management and support team. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Supervising a team of Tank Testing Technicians and serving as the first point of contact for technical questions and issues
  • Supporting planning, investigation, execution, and review of activities and fieldwork in collaboration with Scheduling Coordinators
  • Responding to inquiries from technicians, fuel analysts, and clients via phone, email, and in person
  • Performing administrative tasks, including reviewing and distributing documentation, and preparing correspondence and meeting minutes
  • Reviewing and commenting on field reports and quality control documents
  • Visiting client sites for Task Observations and reporting on progress
  • Conducting training sessions for technicians
  • Reviewing and approving hours and expenses
  • Providing feedback for performance reviews
  • Engaging in continued field work
  • Applying and promoting Englobe’s health and safety policies

Your Profile

  • Experience in tank testing fieldwork
  • Technical training and certification in tank testing
  • Knowledge of compliance testing procedures for tank testing
  • Understanding of quality control protocols for tank failure procedures
  • Familiarity with gas station operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of RETS and PIMS programs
  • Strong document management skills
  • Excellent English skills, both oral and written
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Valid PM1/2 and driver’s license
