Supervisor, Dispatchers

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop specific plans to prioritize.
• Oversee operational logistics of the organization.
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Train workers in duties and policies.
• Arrange training for staff.
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work.

Salary

$29.50 to $35.00 per hour (To be negotiated) / 30 to 50 hours per week. Minimum wage is guaranteed.

Terms of employment

Permanently employed, full-time with flexible hours including day, evening, night, weekend, shift, and overtime.
