An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for its innovative Dementia Respite Care Program. We are thrilled to announce the launch of ourDementia Respite Care Program, designed to provide temporary relief for family/caregivers while ensuring that their loved ones receive high-quality, compassionate care during their stay. As part of this innovative new initiative, we are looking for a passionate and experiencedSupervisor - Dementia Respite Care Programto lead and oversee the daily operations of this essential service. This program will provide temporary care and support for individuals with physical or cognitive challenges, allowing caregivers a well-deserved break, while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care in a safe and supportive environment.
Reporting to Client Services Manager – Assisted Living, you will play a key role in managing and supervising a team of Personal Support Workers (PSWs) who will provide respite care. You will ensure that clients receive personalized, dignified care, and that the program runs smoothly and efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new program from the ground up and make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals and their families.
This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, 8:30am - 4:30pm - Monday to Friday with occasional work outside of business hours and rotational on call duties.
