Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Establish work schedules and procedures. Examine and verify the accuracy of work . Prepare and submit reports. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Conduct performance reviews. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery. Invoice clients. Professionalism in customer service.
